Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.

I’ve always had a great experience here! Affordable tools and supplies, as well as so many random and speciality items. Had to return a dewalt heater with no hassle, new one worked perfect. Great service at a time we needed it most. Flood waters stormed our basement and hit our furnace. I called Hy-Pro and the next day on a Saturday they were in and had the furnace up and going. Also pointed out and fixed some fittings and valves that werent to code. Thanks again guys
