Love "The Cut Love" be going there for over 10 years and out of the 10 the last 3yrs i have made my way down from Keswick, ON to see Frank. The atmosphere is friendly and amicable. You go there tell them him what you want and he delivers. If he cannot get takes the time to explain why he cannot and he make suggestions what looks good and what works. If you are not sure and you give him"carte blanche" rest assure he will not steer you wrong.

I haven't had the best results from my last few salon visits so I decided to try something new. A girl in one of my classes told me her stylist always had new trendy things to try with her and always loved the results. She was right! I found the plaza easily... right off the highway!... and everyone welcomed me as soon as I stepped through the door. I was surprised how nice my hair felt after.. usually it feels dry and crispy after a dye and high lights but it still feels and looks great! I'M TELLING EVERYONE!!

I had the pleasure of having Caitlyn wax my eyebrows at the upper Canada mall location. She was very patient and precise she did an excellent job I will be going back to see her. She was very warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. She was very helpful!!

I got my hair cut n hilites there and the stylist Tatiana did such a great job I was very impressed... I have long hair n she actually just trimmed it not cut it like the last person did at another salon , he chopped off my beautiful hair :( such a bad a experience it took a long time to trust n glad I tried again at Venus Victoria salon :)

A great experience at Dermedica. Staff are so professional here and service was great. They were so detailed in their consultation and my first treatment wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I'm glad I found them, great clinic!

Went to Roxy today to get my hair done and she was amazing. I had so much damage from using box eyes and trying to do my own hair at home because I’m so scared of going the hairdressers but she put me at ease. She fixed my hair it looks amazing And I highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be going back.

Just had my keratin treatment and my hair is gorgeous, paid a bit more but the results are beyond perfect. The place is so covid 19 approved, friendly staff and you feel safe, treated so well and I can’t believe how good their keratin treatment it, I highly recommend it, it’s my 3rd treatment but first time here and I’ll never go anywhere else.

This place is amazing! Exceptional customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and just a fun, relaxing atmosphere! Elham's facials are amazing and she always has really good tips and great skin care advice. Both Elham and Tinisha do fast painless Brazilians ( well as painless as a Brazilian can be ) and are really professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things ?

I made big mistake and had gone to a different cheap salon (I will not name them here) who fried and ruined my hair.
Sumans hands work like magic and fixed all of that at Hair and Beauty Plus; she fixed my hair cut, gave me a nourishing hair treatment and colour which shined. This took a long time but Suman had so much patience and was happy to help.
This is what a salon expert and customer service should look like! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Suman!

I have very good experience with IMD Laser Clinic. They have have the latest technology and offer the Laser Genesis procedure which is not very easy to find. Apparently Laser Genesis is typically offered by cosmetic surgeons (even though it is a non-surgical procedure) for quite a different price tag. IMD also have good customer service.

Hi have been going to Kelly's Studio for years. She always makes me feel welcome and loved. She is honest about what is best for me and I appreciate that. I always come out feeling great. She has also been seeing my boys. Once they hit puberty, I let Kelly show them how to take care of their skin. Once in a while they go for a youth facial. My 21 year old still drops in for a facial when back from University.
