Edgar Simmons Heating has serviced my furnace annually for 10 years. The service techs who have worked in my home are courteous and knowledgeable and I ve enjoyed my interactions with them. Recently I updated my furnace and air conditioner and Harvey worked through the options with me to choose the right units that met my needs and expectations, rather than overpaying for an overpowered unit that my home didnt require. Very professional. They did the basement floor in my house in 1989 or so. No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to today [2025] and they did my new garage floor. It looks great and the second generation Carters delivered the same quality. I picked them again as my brother had major issues with another local concrete business. Thanks Steve,Mandy and the crew.

We hired Eastern to replace our eavestroughs, soffit and fascia. After obtaining several quotes from other companies we loved Issac's approach to customer service. No deposit was requested, in fact he told us he wants his customers to be so happy they can't wait to pay after the work is finished. He was right! The work was done quickly, the installer was truly a craftsman, and the whole experience was a pleasure (which is not something I would usually say about home repairs).
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have similar work done. You won't be disappointed.
