It was a boiling hot day, I called CAA as my car wouldn't start. Told to wait an hour. Then after 5 mins James from Art McCaffeys Towing called to say he was coming by to help me. After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled.
They only got power on Monday at 10:30am.
We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service.
With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running.

Great to deal with, my bedroom was torn up and I was sleeping on the couch, they were able to bump my install date ahead by a week to accommodate. Tonight I will sleep on the soft carpet!

I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control.

I enjoy the variety offered by the various announcers. Informs me of backgrounds of the artists, as well as up-to-date news reports.
I particularly enjoy the new announcer, Maria, with the Irish accent.
