HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!

everytime i order food from this location of A&W i always get 100% fresh and hot food on delivery . Any other location might serve cold food but people work here are perfectionist and make each and everything sizzling hot and fresh and tasty . Was extremely pleased with the Leila location yesterday, was there around six yesterday with their cleanliness. When we arrived the hand sanitizer was empty, told the girl at the door and as soon as she seated us she went and filled it. As we were eating they were cleaning a booth, two different cloths one for the table and one for the seats, that impressed us too. We have felt safe eating there ever since it opened up again each time we have come in the cleanliness And how staff cleans.

After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!
