I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

Big kudos to this company. I can’t say enough good things about them. I just moved to Summerland and I needed some plumbing issues taken care of immediately and they were right there. And the service and the hospitality given by each and everyone that I dealt with from Jolene in the office to Brandon and Braden I am thrilled to know that there is a company out there that is so caring and concerning. Took six kitchen knives in today - I could have waited (chose to go for a hike). Came back, knives were done and wrapped and the cost was very reasonable. Very friendly owner - and the knives are wicked sharp. Highly recommend this business!!

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Ray has installed frosted film on my Glass Table's & Shelving. He has provide us with great information & allow me to pick out my product. Installed 24" of frosted film in the middle of both showers. This was the rich look I was looking for. This Job was done professionally.If I require Ray in the future I will surely call for his help.Excellent Job

For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!
