My daughter joined ACMA when she turned 6. Today she is 11 and is a brown belt. The reason I put her in karate at the time was because she was underweight and on the weaker side. I noticed a huge difference in one year. She gained weight, strength and endurance. Today, she is very fit and much healthier as a direct result of her training. It has also built her confidence and self esteem. I would highly recommend All Canadian Martial Arts to anyone at any age!!!

We used this company's bin service we were pleased with the price..the delivery of bin on scheduled day..very pleasant driver.they put wood under bin to not damage my driveway.bin was picked up on scheduled day..great service great company I have recommended them to friends.
