Shane and his crew renovated our whole kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! They did amazing work and were very reliable and professional, yet lots of fun too! Shane was excellent at communicating with us and kept us involved and informed every step of the way.I was very impressed by their ability to adapt and take care of any problems that arose. Ingredients Health Food Store has this amazing array of healthy food. Twenty different types of Rice, 15 different types of beans. Thousands of Food items all organic all the stuff is good for you. No transfat items and a huge array of gluten free food.
They also have a cafe thats excellent. I had this vegetarian organic Eggs Benny. with carmelized onions, steamed organic Kale on a gluten free muffin with a blend of pan fried yukon gold potatoes and yams (with sea salt and organic salsa on the side) really really good...
i didnt have a coffee but i beleive they sell drumroaster blend.
