With the new owners the coffee beverages have drastically declined in flavour, though I'm sure they'll improve soon enough. The service is okay and there's always a band playing in the evening through the summer.

Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. The veterinary assistants and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would easily recommend Valley Veterinary services to anyone who cares about their animals!

Just purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey Gt from the Cranbrook Kia dealership. OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. I am disabled and do not drive. I have been using Columbia Courier since I moved to Cranbrook in August and found them to be courteous, hard working and friendly. If I need groceries, I email them a list and where the items are, and they do the shopping for me and bring it to my door. I highly recommend them.

anytime i've been in, they always let me know up front what's needed or what i can get by with on the budget i set for repairs. they may seem a bit pricier than the ones in/near the area, but they're worth every $$ as an investment in your car's safety.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

I called ahead to see if they had a 30lb tank for sale. They did, filled and ready to go for less than an RV dealer. When we arrived they were friendly, fast and efficient. And will even accept our old one for a return. I recommend.

My mother & her husband recently had a water heater issue, & were told they’d need a whole new water tank...that theirs was 9 1/2 yrs old. Though they were sure it was more recent than that, they’re elderly so conceded & a new unit was installed. We then found the receipt from THIS company...they HAD installed a brand new water heater 4 1/2 yes ago! When they were called out on it, and told it WAS still under warranty, they still charged them hundreds of dollars for a service call & installation
