When my car broke down for the second time, I got a second opionion. I also paid half of the previous tow and waited half the time. I like Rick Keegan...he is friendly, considerate and treated my baby like I like her to be treated....lots of TLC.
Since she is very low to the ground, Rick used a new tool I've never seen before...a Carrier Skate...and she skated right up onto the deck. From Stewart Ave in Nanaimo to Yellow Point (about 20k) it only cost me $60. This compared to the $100 previous charge for a few km from Nicol St to Northfield Rd where I waited over half an hour stranded on the highway in the pouring rain hoping no one would run into the back of my car.

I was passing through town and got a puncture in my tire. I was in a rush, dropped in and they were able to fix my tire on the spot, took about 20 minutes. Nice guys and really fast. Happy with the service.

I have used Nathanuel on a few occasions as he has worked on My boat and now my RV. It is rare and refreshing to find someone who shows up when he says he will and does excellent work. I also appreciate how he is very meticulous and has a great attention to detail. He not only does things right but actually better and explains things so you are clear of the work he is performing. I wish Nanaimo had more of these individuals in the marine industry !! In addition a very fair price...

We were extremely pleased with this company, they gave us a quote for all the costs and they showed up on time, did not take any shortcuts (actually went over and above in some cases)and they finished the job on time and on budget. Very personable, accommodating and the attention to detail was astounding. (for example: they walk your property when done to make sure that there are no stones or debris that could get hit with your lawnmower and cause damage)

John Paradise made our experience exceptional. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. I'm so glad to have connected with Hear on the Coast. The manager/owner (I think he's also the owner) is outstanding in his business practices and how he treats his customers. He shocked me with something he did that was totally unsolicited on my part. I didn't ask him for any favours — he just did one, and it was a big one.

If you pay to much for a car here it's your own fault . Do your research set a price and don't get attached to any car . There are lots to pick from . If you don't know anything about cars bring someone that you can trust to help you . I have bought many cars here over the years and some are better than others but most have run well for the price payed

Jennifer did a super job with my foot care. She was very gentle and caring and spent the time to make sure things were done right.
