I have visited a lot of Furniture Stores and to my knowledge i feel ,Fine furniture has a very clear approach to dealing with customers.Their prices are unbeatable and has value for money.They also have an amazing customer service!!! Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. She was very profession and wonderful to deal with. Amazing!

I spoke with Peter on the phone earlier in the week. He educated me and advised on his availability. He gave me incentive to come into the store.
Hands down the best selection of Futons around! I drove from Milton to Etobicoke, well worth it! I was able to try multiple mattresses for my futon and made an educated decision that I felt comfortable with, and purchased a futon cover as well to protect it. The price was right and the quality was there. Need a Futon? Go see Peter!
