yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. I have always ysed Schneiders for all my computer needs. Broken ipod screen, computer issues, new devices etc. I have always found each employee at all stores to be very knowledgable, very friendly, speaks in terms i can understand as a non computer person.
I have never been over charged, whoever says that has to realize they are a small family run business. Some of these reviews are harsh. Maybe its more with the customer than the business.
