Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!

Highly recommend this business for body work. I used their app for quote and was contacted immediately after submitting info. I dealt with Roy. Super friendly and informative. Repaired my damage from a hit and run on front end of my brand new car. Estimated quote was exact and repair time was a day earlier than expected. My car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up! I'm so impressed with the quality of work and customer service from reception to management that I received. Impressed.
