Amazing service!!! Best clock repair shop. John the owner is the most honest swiss trained technician I have ever encountered. My huge wall clock had a slow down problem ever since i adjusted it to day light savings. I thought I broke it when I turned the arm counter-clockwised instead of clockwised. When I took the clock to John's shop, he listened to my explanation very carefully. The problem was the arm touching the glass causjng the slow down. John fixed it quickly and did not even charge us for it. His service definitely exceeded my expectation!
