A pure Canadian store. Friendly staff and great deals if one wants to avoid line ups in Wall-mart. Store brand Giant value and other items are reasonably priced and of good quality.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

Like that they warranty parts and labour, can shop while vehicle is being serviced and have courtesy rides and vehicles for use while yours is being serviced

I often make my way into Brilliant Gold, most times to purchase something when birthdays or Christmas nears, sometimes just to say hi. The staff that I have come to know over many years at Brilliant Gold have always been welcoming, friendly and provided me with great service. Recently, I purchased a ring for my wife and Heather and Kailey helped me pick just the right one, as usual. So I wanted to say thank you to both of them. Rick

I have the highest regard for this gentleman/business. He is definitely a master at his craft. He’s super busy, but worth the wait. When I first arrived in Cobourg, I wanted to make sure my Mother’s Grandfather clock was in good working order. Unfortunately, another “clock man” in Cobourg did more harm than good. Thankfully, this gentleman does what he promises. He knows his business and I’m happy to report Mother’s clock happily fills my home with the sound of love. Endless thanks. Mary
