Phenomenal service. great, friendly people. I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. Don is excellent and thorough. I do physical work and even with all the stress on my back I still find myself getting better by the session.

They saved my life lol not literally though. I had all my wedding pictures baby picture stored on my hard drive and it stopped working. I took it to 2 other places in town before bringing it to them and they me into there computer shop and went through all the photos I thought I would never see again. They were so quick and friendly and the tech guy helped me set my system to do backups from now own to save me from having a heart attack if it happens again.

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

We recently had our laptop crash and they were so knowledgable, professional, and helpful in getting us back on track. As owners of a small company, we could not afford a lot of down time without a laptop. They gave us an amazing price on a new laptop and loaded the external hardrive onto it. Then when I had issues with printer install - they logged in wirelessly and did it for me ! Less than half hour - IN AND OUT !! AMAZING AMAZING

10/10 for Skyline Microsystems. I came in with a non-operative Starlink Gen3 at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced with no appointment. I did not purchase the unit from then, nor have it installed by them. They brought it in, bench tested it, determined that the issue wasn’t the Starlink, but that it was actually the built-in inverter in my F250! I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.
