I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.
The staffs are competent and polite, they will go the extra mile to help customers. Well trained team!
