I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company without hesitation and call them again any time I have plumbing needs.

On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue

Crew were stellar, friendly and took the time to evaluate all my hood ductwork and fans to ensure every surface within it would be clean and meet or I’d say exceeds Ontario standards. we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.

I had an excellent experience with Raptor Movers this past weekend. I received a quote promptly and the communication with staff was great leading up to the move. The movers, Karan and Akash were efficient and they went above and beyond in ensuring our stuff was well protected and delivered with zero issues. Moving during pandemic is not ideal but Raptor team nailed it. Give them a chance and they will make your move trouble-free . They deserve 10/10 for efficiency and professionalism.
