Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. 1 ) More small carts. in a store with a walkin clinic there should be paper towel at the meat freezer section or wipes, hand sanitizer, more paper towel and sanitizer at the carts and on the stair case rail, holding the rail when flu is rampant, plus anything else that is easy to catch
