My wife & I just completed a whole home renovation. I cannot say enough positive things about Evan and his team. They were simply FABULOUS. The quality of their work is top notch, they are meticulous in their attention to detail, they went above and beyond the call of duty, were just a pleasure to work with and COMPLETELY eliminated any worry we might have had going into a project like this. Jules did some graphic design for me with some product photography… Wow amazing! This guy can cook some cool concepts and product shots. I was skeptical that good design would be such a differentiator to drive my business but it really is. Jules takes the time to improve on best practice methods to give his deliverables an edge. I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean.
