The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.

Wonderful and accomadating service. The shop was clean and provided a great relaxed environment. My dog looked terrific and was not stressed out. Very caring groomers, I highly recommend them.

I recently had to put my cat to sleep at OSPCA Newmarket due to health reasons etc. The staff were were so kind and caring, I would recommend them to anyone. Without OSPCA I don’t know what I would have done, a big thank you to everyone.
