We have dealt with this company , we love there service and everything they are doing , we have trailers and trucks from a green future for landscaping , I would recommend everyone to do business with them if you have Ford f550 or even haul trailers and you want them maintained they are the best in town , would recommend it to family and friends all the way great job service team and sales team .

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. The time and labour spent finding me a good used transmission is impressive and saved thousands if I would have bought a new one from the dealer. Happy with the process and the end result.
