Unbelievable customer service every time I have had any contact with any of the staff. I ordered a product from them that they had to have shipped in specially for me. I paid a deposit for it and then decided I didn’t need it after all. The product had already shipped but they still refunded me no questions asked.

Awesome seeing BCC on here. These guys fixed up my rig perfectly last year! after north shore broke like 4 things and wouldn't replace it, BCC came to the rescue. they do a lot of great work for such a small shop! No idea how NSOR is so popular.

I came in to have a hitch installed, and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order later, but she was still very nice about it. Very professional and friendly customer service.

I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. Great price on bbq propane tank and it's good for 9 more years!!! Friendly service and easy to find. I'll definitely go back for more propane tanks...already recommended my parents to pick one up there as theirs expired too!!

Discovered this shop because it is close to home and have been very happy I did. Amin has been so great with both our cars, and very honest. I can always trust his opinions and judgement. I highly recommend Amin, he has a friendly personality and is easy to talk to, as well as very knowledgeable. He discovered & fixed a problem that I had asked two other shops and they had no clue. I have heard he also has a couple other locations as well.

After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?
