I operate a vacation rental property and in the summer, time is of the essence. I have had professional, courteous and knowledgeable service from the same gentleman on multiple occasions. Each time he clearly explains the issue and possible options to repair/correct the problem. He is honest and offers competitive rates. His prompt service and willingness to help is always most appreciated!

My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!
