I used their repair service for my a/c. I was able to book it quickly, got a clear straight forward price on the phone and the technician was experienced, knowledgeable and polite.
He followed up with the work, finding and supplying the part that our a/c needed the same day and finished the work the same day.
I had to call another company couple of years ago fir our furnace repair and I had a very difficult time with them because finding someone on the phone and talking to them was difficult

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

I was in need of a new furnace and AC, I called 3 major companies to come quote. I wanted monthly payments as I did not have the $ to buy the equipment outright. I have been incredibly happy with my decision. Plus it lowered my gas and hydro bill.
