It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

They are very skilled and describe what has to be done to customer. they also suggest alternatives. They have a large shop that is able to service large trucks and Recreational Vehicles. Friendly and reliable.

I have dealt with Doug for many years & have bought my last 3 used cars off him. I am going to hopefully be buying car #4 off him too. The reason I have bought so many cars from him is because I only spend $1500.00 so obviously they are cars that have their issues after years. He is fair with trade ins & price.
