My car's alternator unexpectedly started whining and getting louder. Tony had a listen to the problem and agreed the voltage regulator was shot. He had the exact rebuilt alternator I needed on the shelf and promised to have it installed within a few hours. Very straightforward and honest transaction, clean shop, great install, great price and with warranty.

great service, no mysteries on price of parts and cost of labor, the staff at DPS take pride in what they represent and leave no questions before or after work is done, I will be going back and really like having DPS working on my truck, my truck always feels better than new when I get it back and I myself always leave there a little smarter:)

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Can't be happy enough with Alta Home and our new basement! Every detail of the project was handled with much consideration and quality. The process was transparent and explained from the beginning to end. We were advised of best layout and different finishing options. I had spark plugs replaced and an engine oil change on my European car. Steve's Auto also recently changed my transmission oil, serviced all my car's fluids and tire needs. They were able to handle various leaks in the complex ABC system.
The owner was very creative to find a way to fix my broken glove box and that alone saved me over $3000 CAD. Very satisfied with the service.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They know what they are doing.

Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)
