I've used Direct Drive several times and every time have had prompt, efficient service which solves any problems my car has had. The location is convenient and a pretty easy walk to the shopping at Ironwood. The shop is tidy and well organized. All in all a great experience.

Omg, never received this great of service from a repair shop. Not only did the manager, Nav Goyal, arrange for a suitable rental to match my car, he even stayed long after business hours to make sure I could pick up my car when it was ready. I highly recommend this place for getting your car fixed.

I would give 6 stars if there was the option! I've been taking my vehicles to Tom and his team for over 10+years. They are awesome mechanics, very friendly, honest and very reliable. As a woman, taking a car to the shop is always a chore. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. I was happy to deal with Fix N Go. Great service, great prices and very knowledgeable. They also work on domestic and import cars. The price quoted here is literally half of what other places are charging.

After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage.
