Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job. My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! I am so impressed with them. Lisa is the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I have taken both my vehicles to Leno, my Ford F150and my Lincoln MKX and have been totally impressed with the service as well as recommended service. This shop is honest with what needs to occur and what can wait. All of my recent work done by Leno has been above board and I will continue to bring my vehicles to him... I've had many vehicles repaired there over the years and seen many others. If you want a spanky office and cute receptionist, go elsewhere, but these guys are the real deal: still do restorations, while the bulk of their work is insurance. Never had a problem with the work done or had to take anything back.

If you want your vw fixed, then call this company. Otto knew what the problem was after spending more than $2000 at other places and gettting things done that were not the problem, I called Otto at Raybern motors, he got the car in and fixed it for hundreds of dollars less than anyone else quoted me. I was treated with respect and professionalism and was not given a peice of garbage work. He did the job thoroughly and did not send the car home until he felt it was fixed 100%. He was the first person I dealt with that knew what he was talking about. Not even VW itself could fix it properly, even after spending more than $2000 with them. I would trust him with my car anytime! thanks Otto, you are simply the best man for the job. I am happy that he did not simply look at my car for the money but for the passion of being a mechanic and doing a great job!
