I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. shop was recommended by a friend who said to go there for tires. they have good used tires n they warranty them for 30 days and offer a free mechanical inspection as well. turns out i needed some suspension work done on my car. not only did i go ahead and got the tires done but got the suspension done too. New mechanic just started working there was very polite and gave me step by step info, the shop offered me a 20% discount which is a lot when you are lucky to have a job now at day! thanks!!

I have utilized this firm for my tire needs since 2007 for both my business vehicle and personal vehicle(s). Service has been prompt and efficient. In other words "top notch". During busy times (tire changeover) the place is a zoo but if you schedule a day or two in advance you have no problems. You are always smart to get an appointment ahead of time rather than simply taking it in when it is convenient (to you) Use some common sense and understand that a lot of people work downtown.
