I had my vehicle repaired at Zenetec Tiffin after it was rear-ended. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. When my vehicle was returned to me, the interior had been detailed. Also, my dealings with the staff, either by phone or email, were always quite pleasant. I would recommend Zenetec to any of my friends or family members who find themselves in a similar situation.

I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.

I was impressed with the attention to detail Darren and his team gave to my vehicle. The repair not only exceeded my expectations, but was completed in a timely fashion. At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
