I've used Direct Drive several times and every time have had prompt, efficient service which solves any problems my car has had. The location is convenient and a pretty easy walk to the shopping at Ironwood. The shop is tidy and well organized. All in all a great experience.

Hi everybody,
I want to share my experience with these people. I was interested in 2005 Honda Civic couple called the sales manager Tony and was told that the vehicle was being inspected. They took me to their mechanic Nikky and was given a full 150 point inspection report. Showed me the invoices as proof of the work done. They are bit firm on their prices. After all the work they have put into the vehicle, I didn't argue.
I recommend them.

Omg, never received this great of service from a repair shop. Not only did the manager, Nav Goyal, arrange for a suitable rental to match my car, he even stayed long after business hours to make sure I could pick up my car when it was ready. I highly recommend this place for getting your car fixed.

I would give 6 stars if there was the option! I've been taking my vehicles to Tom and his team for over 10+years. They are awesome mechanics, very friendly, honest and very reliable. After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage. The attendant, David, allowed me to push the car in front of the bay doors for the night. I returned at 8 the next morning where I met Gavin, one of the mechanics at Fort Horseless Carriage.
