Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have known this dealership since 2013. Their customer service is impeccable and you will always feel comfortable and at ease. At 64, I have visited a LOT of showrooms and Jonker Honda is exceptional. GM Erik will make you feel like family because you can tell this IS an old style family style business. Straight talk, no scheming in the back office, or misrepresentations. I will only buy a Honda here because I know when I leave I won't be scratching my head wondering if I got jacked. KUDOS!!!

Absolutely unforgettable car buying experience! My husband and I walked into Go Dodge in Surrey just to check out some vehicles not really prepared to commit to anything right away. After calling five tow truck companies during rush hour unitow was the number one truck that came and responded to me after my suv broke down on the side of the east-west connector between Richmond New west. They told me they would be there with one 15 mins and held true to their word. Ed the tow truck driver was courteous prompt and offered me a newspaper to read in his truck and made sure that I was warm while he took diligent care loading up my SUV and every step along the way he made sure that I was safe from the rush-hour fast moving tricks as well as telling me his trip plan throughout the way to my mechanic shop. Remember folks, tip your driver! They work very hard for their pay.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
