I am very pleased with this company. The gentleman that attended my residence was very polite and pleasant to talk with, He assured me that I will not have any more RAT problems. He explained to me the chemicals he was using and informed me that they are in no way toxic to myself my husband or our pet. John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!
