I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. I am very happy with my service from Conway's Mechanical. My natural gas fireplace was not working. When I called Conway's Mechanical the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The technician arrived promptly and after repairing the fireplace, he even cleaned the glass. Looks and works great!
