Highly recommend!!!! Toni is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She truly enjoys making people feel good. She uses and sells very high quality products. I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Thalgo products. Not only does everything smell amazing but it is all natural organic from Europe. It all makes me feel so good!! The Dr.Renaud skin care I buy through her is the only skin care that has worked for my oily, problematic skin. I will never try anything else.

I received a gift card for a package including pedicure, massage, facial and I also had my hair done. Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly, all the services I receive were excellant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa and salon. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here.

After trying many many salons in Vernon, Knotty Nelly's will become part of my routine. My first visit last Saturday was excellent. My hair cut was great aned the stylist actually provided some good advice on how to cut my hair (I am not an expert so look to the stylists for advice). The shop was clean and fun. I inquired about threading during my cut and they managed to fit me in right after my cut was finished. Threading was great. Price was really good too - I will be back!

Honestly, if you are looking for one of those impersonal, quick, no fuss kind of treatments, Mirror Mirror is NOT the spa for you! But... If you are looking for THE most AMAZING pedicure in the Okanagan, top of the line products, and (product knowledge), the friendliest staff I have EVER met, then PLEASE come and enjoy a little slice of Heaven from Mirror Mirror Salon & Spa. From the moment you walk through the doors, until the second you leave; you are truly treated like a VIP. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and they are always going out of their way to ensure that you have had THE best service. I honestly have never been disappointed by any of the services that I have experienced at Mirror Mirror, and would highly recommend this spa to everyone!

Krystal owns the salon now and she does a fantastic job! I am always happy with my hair when I leave and she just gave the salon a renovation, giving it a fresh new look. I highly recommend Peacock and Lime.
