I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.
