I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I was so very impressed with Victor and his amazing team of skilled technicians. They went above and beyond for me today. Cleaning my engine compartment to locate the source of the leaking oil.
