Highly recommend Safe Step in stalled sump pump, very polite workers communicated well with myself and spouse they cleaned the area that they where working in. Solved our basement water problems. I will be tell all my friends and neighbours who have water issues to give Next Step a call very professional and know the issues with water

I hit a snag on a crazy week and broke an axle just before hitting the 401. Darla got me booked in immediately and Tom and company got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Very grateful to have been referred to them by my regular mechanic (who also relies on them for his own work!)
