I have suffered with sleep deprivation for many, many years. After my very first Reflexology treatment with Deb, I experienced the joy of a good nights sleep. I actually fell asleep during the treatment which was a delighful surprise to me. Deb has since also helped with stress reduction. Theyre the most polite people and man do they make fantastic pizza, poutine and garlic bread. Id really love to give them a 5 star but my only complaint is the price and even though it might be steep you really do get what you pay for.Also recommend they go with loaf bread for the garlic bread the slices are great but I feel that the given 8 might be a tad slim and even if they have to up the price a tad for a loaf I guess thats fine as well. Love the place recommend it over Bills Pizza House.

I've used a variety of Sherrie's 'Simply Helpful' services over the last several months. She has helped us with everything from organizing and prepping to move to getting set up in our new home. She's also helped me save on groceries, menu plan and has made our life easier. My hubby and I know have more time to spend on things that are important to us. I have been using a multi-vitamin from Shaklee for a couple of years and it has improved my health. I started on garlic pills for blood pressure and told Paul I saw no change, so he said double the number of bills, my blood pressure has gone down, no meds, I am happy. Thanks Paul and Shaklee.

Sherbrooke Heights has been our vet of choice for the past 13.5 years and we are very pleased with the quality of care and the compassion showed to us over the years. Having a pet is one of the most rewarding investment that you can make, but it can also be one of the hardest decisions you have to make. Unfortunately a dogs lifespan is alot shorter than humans and so it is inevitable that you will have to say goodbye before you are truly ready to let your fur baby go.
