I purchased my first car here. I did my research online before going into the dealer. When I was there, the sales rep Cindy, was excellent. She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell. As a customer I felt valued because Cindy cared, listened to my needs and then showed me a vehicle that was best suited for me. Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

I recently purchased a 2017 GTI with the performance package from Yorkdale VW. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Duncan Todd. He was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and was really passionate about the car. Very knowledgeable when it came to all the little features in the car and made sure to walk me through every step.
I visited a few different dealerships prior to visiting Yorkdale VW and the service I received everywhere else paled in comparison.

Over the weekend I took my car in to get its regular service, it was my first time at this location and I must say i WILL return. The staff was so helpful and eager to meet all my needs. Cody shared excellent knowledge about my 2011 RVR and the salesmen were all friendly towards my Husband and I.
I look forward to going there again and I will refer my friends and family to them.
