5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. Mike made a special trip to Cochrane [at no additional cost to us] to supply us & some of our neighbours with bait stations. We recommend them as they offer various services at affordable prices. Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. We were deciding on pc or mac, and ran into chris. he was quick to show us what made apple special, he matched our needs with our wants and found a great computer for us both. March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

These guys are amazing- you will feel like you still live in a small town, the way they remember your name and your particular brand of dog food- they even go grab the bag and carry out to your car for you. Where and when does that ever happen these days! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Make a change from the big box pet stores and check these guys out- I promise you won’t regret it.
