Ya sometimes they seem a little snotty but, they aren't a 5-star restaurant, and I am sure they deal with a lot of ungrateful people every day. Me I have had (ALL things considered) great helpful service with competitive pricing.

These guys know their stuff! I took my car to them and within 24 hours it was serviced with my keys ready. Strongly recommend this if you're looking for a professional and organized shop.

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
