Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. Kal Tire Downtown Edmonton was amazing!! Ive never been there before and they fixed my tire for free and replaced all my tire air hose caps. Everyone was so nice, very professional and I will definitely be buying my tires from them.

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!
