Great care provided for my bunnies and aged cat. My first bunny received end of life care here and they were very compassionate. I had another bunny fixed here and when complications arose from her biting her stitches, they didn't charge me to restitch the wound and check back up on her later, I only had to pay for the cone (and the initial operation was very affordable.) My older cat also needed stitches as well as being shaved due to disability (can't groom herself.) They did an incredible job

I just wanted to rate my experience with McNeil's towing. We had a little mishap on Friday morning in Elmsdale and the gentleman who came to tow us out of a ditch was absolutely fantastic. Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. I will definitely call Davies next time.
