Recommended by a friend as someone who does quality work, Andrew and the folks are so much more than just great craftsmanship. From our first meetings and estimates on costs to him handing over the keys to our new home. IDL was personable, well spoken, friendly and kept us informed. My wife and I can be demanding and he was more than obliging to all our requests and able to keep them on budget. Any small issues with subcontractors he dealt with swiftly and professionally. A totally positive experience for us, especially considering all the horror stories most people tell about their contractors. I'll be having them back to do any more projects I have and encourage everyone building a home or doing any project, looking for prompt professional, neat, tidy, friendly, transparent service that sticks to budget to contact IDL right away!

Our furnace failed just hours before a family gathering on Dec 26. We called Kaulback Heating early the next morning. They quickly got back to us saying they would try to fit us in as soon as possible. Technicians showed up within two hours, diagnosed the fault as a failed blower motor. They obtained and installed a replacement motor bringing the furnace online within a few hours. The cost for this outstanding service was unbelievable reasonable. Will use again and refer them unconditionally.

Not knowing where to go, I researched on Facebook and the internet for the best place to take your vehicle, and everyone kept referring to LeBlanc's. Great service, friendly staff, and an honest company! I have no problems referring my family and friends to these guys... and that is a big deal! I have had neck and back pain for years as a result of bad posture, among other things. That is, until I started seeing Shannon! She does a great job finding the root of the pain you are feeling and she can explain why the pain spreads like it does. On top of a fabulous deep massage, she gives you homework to do as well...stretches and exercises, ways to improve posture, and things to watch for. All of this combined has given me so much relief from what used to be daily neck and back pain. Thank you Shannon!
