The staff at RPM are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are always willing to advise you on how to fix something yourself or let you know when it really should be done by a pro.
They carry great in store apparel and lots of parts for all sorts of units. I've been sourcing parts and buying gear here for years!

Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.

This office goes above and beyond to give exceptional care to its patients. I have never felt so taken care of. They explained everything to me, gave me additional information, gave me options for payment and even had a comfort menu. They made me forget that I was afraid of the dentist!! Fantastic customer service. Clean, sanitized & very health safety conscious. Fast, reliable & always early on booked appointments. I was contacted ahead of my return flight and again once I landed.
