I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

Honnestly i never had such good service. I would definetly return to purchase my next car there cause i have no word to express how i am being treating when i go there.
