I do believe she is the only one max has not nipped at!!! Max doesnt mind her. And there aint many on that list...

Based on a very brief email message, Jan knew instantly what was happening to my dogs coat and why - and explained how she could get it back to the way it should look. She worked on my dog promptly, and handled her gently so my dog left looking lovely - and without showing any signs of stress. And I was grateful for the information she gave me on how I could better maintain my dogs coat between appointments. We are now regular clients - thanks Jan.
