I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easily accessible and located across the parking lot from London Drugs in the Westbank area. If they dont have a product they will either get it in for you or recommend a store that might be able to help you.

Hardest working people I have ever seen. Cleaned up all there work areas and the quoted price turned out even less at the end. Wow, over the top service. I would highly recommend King Rooter Plumbing to all my friends and family.
